Apex provided the engineering design for a medium-density residential development at 91-103 Menangle Street, set on a large site with a mix of townhouses, cottages and apartments.
The commission required a comprehensive drainage strategy covering site grading, earthworks, internal road and access design, coordinated with the built form, public recreation areas and landscaped zones.
Particular attention was given to conveyance, on-site detention and overland flow management to ensure the development performed safely under both minor and major storm events.
