Apex delivered the engineering design for a land subdivision at 46 Pelican Road, prepared to support the Development Application (DA).
The scope covered the internal road network, lot grading, earthworks and a comprehensive drainage strategy, coordinated to suit the site's topography and servicing requirements.
Detailed hydraulic and flood modelling informed the mitigation measures and demonstrated the subdivision maintained acceptable flood behaviour with minimal downstream impact.
